complain regarding unnecessary charges being charged on my vodafone post paid number, first in feb i tried to convert my number to pre-paid i made the complete payment and submitted the document and purchased sim card but it was never been converted to pre-paid, in return they provided me with the bill of alternative number which i had closed long time back, it was like warning to me that if i want to convert my number they will put charges of other number and bug money from me, then i explain them that i have not used that number not even for incoming we have destroyed the sim, then they informed that they will reverse the charges and asked me to continue this number and provided me a advance rental plan 500.00 which will not have any monthly rentals, now again they have charged me.
want my number to be converted into pre-paid as i have already paid amt in advance rental of 500.00 else should provide me service wht was promised no monthly rental, if they miss on this again should be fined and fine amt should so high tht they should take every complaint of customer seriously and priority. and fine amt should go to our national treasury.
