Outgoing of My vodafone mobile number 9962521XXX was barred from 20/10/2014 14.00hrs onwards. Reason given by vodafone, usage exceeded credit limit of 1500. Just before call barring, received a sms informing that I have exceeded the credit limit. Subsequently received the ebill on the same day. Made a payment of INR 1715 from Standard chartered netbanking. Bank confirmed the transaction was successful. But vodafone informed that the amount got credited on 27/10/2014. During this time, my outgoing and mobile internet we barred. Later my bank made one more payment for inr 1715.16 through auto-debit without my permission on 27/10/2014 and the same got reflected in vodafone on 29/10/14. Between 20 October and 28 October made several attempts to convey my frustration of being denied services inspite of making payment. vodafone customer care did not care about my concerns.
