I am using no from last one year, recently when i checked my Mar-Apr bill i was charged rs 47/- for some imc pack for which i complained that i never activated any such pack and they told me that company has changed policy and started charging for the pack for which i complained and they told me that pack has been deactivated again now in may bill they charged me rs 49/- for FNF pack and they provided me with same reason.

I demand waiver for the amount charged.
