Hi there, Earlier I was a Vodafone Prepaid customer but few days back received a sales call from Vodafone postpaid team and they offered me a great plan which I accepted and moved on to a Postpaid connection but later they did not provided me that same offer then I approached to Vodafone customer care but unable to resolve my query after that approached to Nodal Officer twice still it does not get resolved then approached the Appellate Officer still waiting for the resolution. Between all the conversations they provided me so many reference or complaint numbers which are mentioned here 888895929/596426709/2431295750. It is really an annoying service and feeling harassed by the Service provider. I called many times on Vodafone and they blocked my customer care numbers, I was unable to call them since many days. After complaining my times i received a call from vodafone team but they also denied the fact that they offered me six months free call to one number whereas i asked many times before converting my number to postpaid connection but now they are just harassing. I just want to request you to take some action
