I have been loyal to Vodafone from last 6-7 years and never complained about the billing and other charges. It is first time I raised the valid and genuine concern for some unreasonable download charges and they are not at listening to the voice of customer. They have charged me for some download activity on the night of 15/06 and no one was using the phone at that time.
