Charge of INR 100 for a service (ZEE DITTO TV) not requested and also cancelled immediately. I, Mr. S M Amane am subscriber of Vodafone telecom services with SIM / mobile no. 989030xxx under Maharashtra circle. On 5th Sept 2014, at 17.52 hrs I suddenly received an SMS mentioning activation of a ZEE DITTO and a 20 day rental of INR 100 being charged. Firstly no such service was requested. Also immediately, the service deactivation was requested and I received an SMS mentioning deactivation of same. However the fee of INR 100 was charged in the following monthly bill. A series of communication with Vodafone customer care on email didn’t fructify and Vodafone finally communicated that the charges will not be reversed.
