Hi my name is Digambar G. Nikam.From Aurangabad (MH) i put a new Vodafone Postpaid Corporate connection at my home of number:9168350555 and im on E_connect_3g_299 plan. This Plan Include the following: *Monthly Rental – 299 *Free Minutes – 600 local min free *Free SMS – 150 local + 150 National *3G data – 750 MB (after 750mb,2G unlimited for a month). Im already Paying 300/- as Rental for Internet..and i use this internet just to check my mails and whatssap. but unfortunately Your cmpany i.e Vodafone have charged me for rps 99/-for some “shotformat_dwnlp_9” download..and i dont know what is this.. this is unnecessary charge.. you guys are forcing me to pay huge amount of unnecessary Bills.and i know i havent download any such thing..in all i got d bill of total Rs 243.22.You guys think that the customer is soo STUPID that he will pay anything which u mention in the itemized bill.

BUT when I Spoke with the Customer care that guy forced me to Accept that i purposely downloaded this thing.. And when i told him to transfer this call to his seniors then hi started giving me Excuses that the Senior is not on the floor..i cant trasfer this call and he sounds very RUDE to me..i aslo told him that i will pay only 144.22/- abut this addition 99 l will not pay! Here is the Proof i asked him to give this recording no. or some Communication id.Then He had provided me this IDs 858563612 and 858569572. in this whole scenario i Think That you(vodafone) has SCAMED ME!! so please help me to solve my problem and reply me asap.
