I have made a recharge of Rs 196 on 1st January 2015 for unlimited 2G internet plan of 28 days. But then on 2nd January, at 1.51AM, I received a message saying that my number had been again recharged with Rs 5 daily 2G internet plan and my unlimited package has been overwritten with the newer one. An amount of Rs 5 was deducted then from my number also. When I called up customer care, they said that as per information stored in their systems, a 5rs recharge had been made from my number which is completely false. Please note, I have not made any such recharges of Rs 5 on 2nd January. And my package has been overwritten completely unlawfully. I asked customer care to refund my Rs 196 anyhow, but in return they misbehaved and harrassed me

I want my number to be recharged back with Rs 196 unlimited 2G plan
