I am using Vodafone mobile no.978023CXC94 of your company. I am shocked to see the bill which included an amount of Rs.220/- as internet charges in my Cell. I have purchased a new android mobile phone with no internet connection. The data card must be open in the screen as I was not used to for operating this handset. It is,therefore, requested that the internet charges be waived off so that I can trust your company to take internet connection from your company. I am also using another No. in my name 998819XX50. Updated the bill immediately otherwise I will be compelled to surrender my both accounts of your company.
