last i had revived a bill of amount 2500 odd, for which it was clearly a mistake of the call center staff where in i had called on 6jun to activate my 650 unlimited plan. to my knowledge the same got activated on 23june, my billing cycle is from 18of every month. without my knowledge 18jun – 23jun i have been charged extra rather than only 650rental. suchita had called me last month saying the bill has been reimbursed i dont have to pay anything as i have overdue of 516rs, so this month i got a bill of 1364. where as it shud be 134rs only.
i want that they look into the earlier complaint been made and re-look into my bill and issue me the correct bill. i will at no cost pay extra. this is in continuation to my earlier which seemed to have been resolved completely but when i got the bill nothing is been resolved.
