On 24th July 2013 I made a payment online from Vodafone.in website for a plan ‘2G for 28 days’ for the mobile no 9654742306 of Rs 199. The amount deducted from my ICICI bank , but the plan was never activated . Instead they activated a wrong plan which I do not need namely , ‘900local Vodafone to Vodafone minutes free for 28 days’. Now I need my Rs 199 back.
