Dear Sir Am just having a nightmare with this Voltas A/C, and the pathetic service from Voltas Service centre Sector 37 Faridabad. My A/c again started giving problem so I called up the Authorised service centre in Faridabad, they came and said that the Gas needs to be refilled , the capacitor needs to be changed and the sensor is giving problems Their engineer came on 10th October and refilled the gas , changed capacitor and sensor , and billed us Rs 2,500 which we paid cash , before he left the A/c again started giving problem but he said that just check for today and if it still gives problem they will came and check again. The very next day we have been following up with them and continuously calling them up but there is no response from them , they said that they will come again and check, but till now no one has come and they have even stopped picking up our calls. I would say that we are just fed up with the Pathetic Service from Voltas and would never buy or recommend Voltas to any anyone. Can someone please look into this else I would have no other option but to serve a court notice and file a case in the Consumer Court. My suggestion is pls get rid of people who are giving bad name to this brand.
