Voltas 1.5 ton split AC-silver was purchased on 29.04.2012 from A.V Electronics, 1334 Durga Chambers, D.B Gupta Road, Karol Bagh vide invoice no 5130. In this regard, it is to mention that condenser coil was damaged within 5 months and was repaired under guarantee from Ginny Aircon, Mangolpuri. But the same part was again damaged with in 8 months and the AC remained underutilized till date. It was noticed that the condenser was of low quality/material, which got damaged frequently. It is regretted to state that such a world class company is supplying damaged/substandard products accompanied by poor after sale service.Such top class models having 5 star energy ratings perform in such a manner, then what is the credibility of the brand. We are totally frustrated with such a product. Moreover, it is the tactics of the company to provide regular income source to its service centers by using substandard products/ by- products, which damages quickly and service centers charge at their own wish. Consumers are forced to pay unreasonable and unnecessary charges out of the cunning tactis of the company.

The relevant/damaged part of the Ac may be replaced with a new one of adequate material and adequate guarantee without any charge.
