I purchased a plot(area 1332 sq ft & plot no 64 country phase-II) from above party in there scheme Vrindavan City and paid Rs 123,876 in cash on 30/04/2011. The above party gave me receipt & made sale agreement of the plot. But they have failed to provide the plot in the stipulated period of 02 years which resulted in a situation of instability for me. Now that I have filled for refund they are not fulfilling it either and making me vulnerable further.

An amount of Rs 123,876 is big for me, and I am not able to purchase house for me because of this instability. This is leading to frustration as I am serving in Army and don’t have much time run behind these people. I went to them 06-07 times but they postponed every time.They are not giving positive response. I want full refund of my money along with interest because they have kept my hard earned money for 03 years.
