I had purchased an Induction Heater of Make: NEO for Rs.2800.00 from Gaveesh Marketing, Ground Floor, Ganpati Plaza, KEM Road, Bikaner (Mobile No: 9314753996) on 02-04-2009 with 12 months waranty. It was working quit normal still November-2009. It failed to function by 03-12-2009 and handed over the same to the shop from where I purchased it. After one and half month it was repaired and returned back to me by last week of January-2010. Also the shop owner charged me Rs.200.00 telling that he had sent it to Delhi for fault rectification. Within three four days it failed again and handed over to the shop. I received the rectified Induction Heater by mid of March-2010. On 31-03-2010 when it failed again and when I took it to the shop he refused to attend the repairs and no more guarantee or chargeable repair work will be entertained for the item and only that I have to discard the same and purchase a new one.
