I had ordered a watch from watchkart on 11 Oct 14. Order no 1201655655, Fossil ES2860I Women’s Watch, payment by credit card. After placing the order I did not receive it within specified time(2-5 days). On enquiry i was told that the particular watch was not in stock. If the watch was not in stock why did they confirm my order and deduct money. I then asked them to refund the amount on 22 Oct 14 which they said will be done within 5 working days. Today is 5 Nov 14 and I have still not got my money back. I have called the customer care 5 times but every time they say that it will take a day or two. After that I ordered one more watch from the same company. Order no 1201683687, Casio Sheen SHE-4800D-7AUDR (SX101) Women’s Watch. As per the online brochure, the dial size was supposed to be 44mm but the actual product I received had dial size 33mm. It has been twice that I have been fooled by the company and they are not attending to my complaints.
I want the entire amount refunded from the company with interest and a relevant compensation for the mental harassment caused by the company and its officials.
