i have bought water purifier (RO) from this company in year 2010. I am getting into AMC with this company for after sales service and done the same thing this time also. I have paid 1800/- Rs. as AMC and has validity from 23/10/2012-23/10/2013.AMC includes free visit and servicing with discount on some parts if need replacements for the purifier. Unfortunately, this time when i called them i have denied the free service with an reason that management has changed in the company and we don’t have any information on AMCs services, if i need a service i need to pay 300/- Rs. as service charges. I expect from the company to consider existing AMC that are valid and provide the services as per the AMC contract. They can’t say if management has changed they will not give the service to existing customers.
