Gave a contract on 13th June 2013 to develop a shopping cart. We paid an advance of Rs 10000 as advance. The amount was transferred to the company HDFC bank Account Number 02922560002954. The transaction reference number was 0450741932. The work was supposed to be completed by July 2013. After several follow-ups the company provided a sub standard product in August/September 2013 which was not as per the requirements. Informed the company about the issue. They came up with some changes but they were not meeting the requirement.
The work that was supposed to be done by July 2013 was substantially delayed. It impacted the business and requirement
