Hi Sir, I got the SIM before 15 days and until today my Jio SIM card isn’t activated but network was shown and customer care also said activated. I was also gone in JIO jankipuram in Lucknow office but your employee(Mr. Amresh) directly said “I can’t help you & do what you want to do.” This was not the correct way of conversation to your customer. Please try to solve your customer problem.

My JIO SIM Order no- NO00000ODZ4M is not yet activated. I have submitted the documents 20 days ago. Kindly look into the issue ASAP.

Sir, I am purchase a jio sim on 2.10.2016 but the sim was not activated and my jio no is 7703472873. I complain in jio customer care on 17.10.2016 and they said that your sim will activated within 48hours but it was not activated.plz help me what shall i do.
