I am a central govt employee and am recently posted to Gorakhpur(Uttar pradesh) from Delhi.I got the number of Western Trans Home movers and packers from just dial.The person named sunil approached me saying that he will deliver my luggage in three days.He took the luggage on 21 may 13 and promised that the luggage would reach by 24th of may 13.on 24th the luggage did not reach.On querying he said it would reach after two days.Finally after two days again i gave a call he started disconnecting my call and switched off his cell.i was very worried.i kept calling him but he never replied.On 4th of June he received my call and said that my luggage was still at delhi.i got a shock of my life since i had already joined the duties.He said i giving you somebodys number you contact that person.i called up on the number given by him.the person said he wants extra 2000 rupees then only he will get the luggage.i agreed to pay him extra money.He bought the luggage on 06th Jun 13. on opening the luggage it was found that more than 50% of my important goods were missing.I called up sunil.Luckily he agreed to the theft and said the company will pay the compensation.he said not to inform the police.He said he will pay the amount on 07th of june but he did not do so.He switched off his no. thereafter.i kept trying his number whenever its on he does not reply to it.i have made more than 300 calls to him.

All my valuable items have been stolen.i informed the local police but they said that the FIR has to be lodged at Delhi.i am not being spared a leave. I spoke to the inspector concerned in delhi over phone and have sent him the copies of the bills and complain but till date no response has been there.i am very upset and have been in a mental trauma for the last 20 days.i have already joined my duties since 25th of may.And do not Have my stuff still after paying so much to the company.
