As I have order “S80223492” and pre payment is done on the same day of order that is 3rd March 2014 Rs 2172 . I also requested If they are unable to dispatch request than to initiate the process of refunding the amount in my account with immediate effect. However they have mailed that delivery will be done by 17/3/2014 and the mail was sent on March 11,2014 however till now they have not delivered not responded to mail and call

I want the product to be delivered and the Amount to be refunded with immediate effect, even due to the tension taken by me and call charges required . A compensation amount is required which is applicable for no reply casual attitude of the dealer.
