Whaaky.com – product not received not giving proper response

Respected Sir/Madam, Greetings for the day! I have booked one Reebok shoes through online from Whaaky.com dated 22 March 2014. As per their website they delivered the product within 9-10 Working days. I am working in Dubai and I booked that shoes for my father because I am not able to purchase the shoes from Local Market . I am continuously mail to whaaky.com for shoes status but they are not giving proper reply and wesite is still showing the preparing to ship from 1st day . My order no. is S80263149. I have paid the amount from my debit card. I am attaching my mail copy for your reference. Please solve this issue ASAP
