i ordered a combo of three lady jeans from whakky.com online shopping website. i choose the mode of payment COD.ON 27th august i got a call from first flight office kashipur in which a person told me that my product has reached to kasipur and i may take it from dtdc courier at my city bazpur.as the general rule is to deliver the product at customer home so i told them to deliver it at my home,which they refused. then i called the customer care of the company from whom i ordered the product and informed them the whole matter. they assured me that my product will be delivered in next 48 hrs. but till today nothing has happened and when i tracked the status of my product at courier website it shows payment not ready which is another false thing.

i wanted a strict action to the courier company of my area ie bazpur as well as kashipur. so that no more customer faces any problem. i had a recording of talk with the courier person who refused to deliiver my product to my house.
