I tried calling the customer care number of jio and also noted down complaint about this issue. whose complain Id:-AR000 0017TGN , but there is no response, I request u to activate my sim # 70048 86101. Please solve my issue. Thank You.

Sir , I have applied for new connection of jio 4G to avail jio preview offer on 24.08.2016.But my jio sim is not activated still today 01.09.2016.My jio sim no. 70036 27318 & my registered mobile no is 7278816624. My order number is NO000004XL0L. Looking for your resolution.
