Whirlpool – faulty machine sold and now telling nothing can be done

Dear sir, , kindly read the mail below WHICH I WROTE TO COMPANY…word by word & understand a valuable feedback from a customer that has been cheated for long, I have given all the details in this mail, kindly suggest me next coarse of action: PREVIOUS SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER GB0112008779-27.01.2012 GB0112009270-28.01.2012 GB0512012114-21.05.2012 GB0612015807-25.05.2012 GB0812010052-22.09.2012 After above all I got fed up and one more complaint was done on 28.07.2013 which was attended on 29.07.2013 by one engineer and then on 30.07.2013 by Mr. Raghav kindly check your record for the same. When on 30th complaint was attended by Mr. Raghav who somehow managed to make us convince there wont be any problem again as he has replaced the motor which was causing the problem from the beginning which I have replaced and managed to take 290/- from us for which he has given us a receipt, which I am keeping for record. He has given us his mobile number 9560964362 and directed my wife that instead calling customer support or dealer next time she should gave him a call directly to avoid delay as ultimately complaint has to come to him only. Same has happened again twice after july 2013 and raghav came and by doing little adjustment in the motor and machine manged the show saying it wont be a problem again “thoda setting mein time lagta hai” (it takes some time to set the assemblies he has replaced in july. Again for past one week machine started causing problem and since I was traveling being busy with year end closing & more unable to to make a complaint as my wife said this time you must call customer support again and tell them the harassment in detail which we are facing, these people in between making a fool of us for long. Anyways on 25th Jan 2013 after getting fed up when I have given a call to customer support call was attended by Mr. Ankit and he said your machine is out of warranty when I told him the date that since it is bought on 25th Jan 2012 and today is 25th and it is under warranty till date plus my complaint is already in running and it has never been resolved from day one infarct I was made fool by the engineers visiting several times during warranty, he disconnected my call, that was real SHOCKING. I gathered myself & again & called up customer support call was taken by Mr. Deepak I have told him everything again try to manage that machine is not in warranty when I told him same story gain and also insisted that I am going to escalate this matter as from day one I have been made fool by the people in between and you guys spoiling name of a good company because I bought one more machine few months back for my brother installed at Shalimar garden only (kindly check your record) he has given me complaint number. I want this machine to be replaced with a new one With an apology in written for the mental trauma and harassment and time killed in past two years time & inconvenience which me and my family faced every time due to time gap in which we were unable to use the machine in past two years, come what may.
