Since purchase we have had to summon service personnel on about 50 occasions out of which complied they have complied in about 20 occasions resulting in about 15 service bills. Till date I have spent about Rs. 15,000 on this fridge! Most of the times again their customer care nos 18601804xxx and 03360008xxx are accessible.

Compensation of at least Rs. 20,000 or at least replacement of the fridge.
