Com plant of refrigerator was booked vide SR NO. DL0714010117 DATED 13TH JULY 2014.Complaint was finally attended & problem of my refrigerator rectified on 26/07/2014 after gap of 13 days & Complaint closed without informing satisfaction secret code given by company. From day one no serious effort was made to diagnose the real problem despite having reminded daily. Every day assurance was given by Super Tech Systems & Services (out source agency of whirlpool) to attend problem in same day but no body bothered to telephone for not coming ,this caused wastage of my time (short leaves) & perishable food items . Finally problem was diagnosed & new compressor was installed on 26/07/2014 after gap of 13 days. Agency has charged arbitrary Rs7000/-(lum sum) for new compressor through invoice without mentioning new compressor serial no. etc .On the contrary it is clearly written in that invoice that “Don not pay if receipt is not given” & moreover charges are payable after up datation of invoice details in company MAGICARE & then receipt no. is issued.No prescribed official procedure was followed. As such on simple invoice (without any tax etc which is not valid for warranty claim),company has charged Rs7000/ lumsum towards new compressor .WHEREAS MRP of New replaced compressor mentioned in BOX As Rs 3998/-subsequently,Complaint was booked on customer service telephonic ally after two days for providing authentic receipt of new compressor & reminder given on line on 8th,13th & 27th August 2014. Company is assuring every time to resolve my complaint but no response received till date.
1.Whirlpool company need to issue authentic receipt of new replaced compressor duly mentioning product sl.no. etc (without evading Govt Tax etc) 2. Refund differential money between arbitrary money charged Rs7000/- by company’s invoice & MRP of new compressor Rs 3998/- after deducting other service charges. 3. Reimbursement of loss of perishable items& mental harassment.
