i had purchased whirlpool refrigerator on 17 october 2013. at that time company had offer of one assured gift and one scratch card gift. on scratching the card i won arrow gift hamper but they have not provided that to me yet. i asked and visited to shop many time but every time shopkeeper told that he had not received that product from company. so what can i do
i want my gift voucher as well as apology from company.
