I had purchased a front loading Whirlpool Washing M/c model ABM552 in Jan-2010. In Jan-2014, the door glass of the m/c got broken. We had registered a complaint for the same on Whirlpool customer care. But till date, the door glass has not been replaced.
We are facing much difficulties while washing our clothes in this m/c. We are ready to pay for the new door glass. But if this problem will not attended, should we buy a new washing m/c for this type of small problem?
