Hello i am Mr.Tanmoy Banerjee . On 22/5/2012 I bought a Whirlpool washing machine from R.S.Enterprise at Barasat but at the time of delivery I noticed that there is a permanent damage on the cover of the washing machine, after noticing the thing immediately i called to the salesman Bapi for informing the matter. Though I am not a financially sounded man but still i bought the washing machine in cash because of my mom’s health, so I asked him to take back the material but he promised me by commiting that within one week he would replace the material. Then i left Bengal and came to join my job in Bangalore. Since then after following up for many times still the material is not replaced. Now they started considering us as beggar which is really very insulting. Till today my mom could not use the washing machine and that is how my need is getting affected.My delivery challan no. is 528. The shop owner is not even willing to lodge a complaint to Whirlpool on behalf customer. Now being very helpless i am sending you the complaint. Kindly look into the matter and do justice to a helpless customer like me.
