Why Airtel Customer Support is Not Responding ?

Dear sir, I am using your airtel network for the past 3years. But i am very disappointed on your network. Because i am using your message pack, but because of TROI rules it will not satified me, but i accept tat.

I was called ur cust care about the prblm of sending 200 sms per day. So they told me to put rchrg of Rs. 60/- to use the sms pack as 200 free sms per day. The refrence num is: RPOCN41109655274. Then i put the sms pack for my convinence. For the past three days it was worked properly. But from yesterday(16/11/2011) onwards it will take 0.75 pisa per sms. So I called ur cust care to know about this. But they ill not response me properly. They told me to change my network, dont use our network.

I am asking your, is this is the way your were treating the customer?
