Why Airtel don’t send any massage regarding any new policy and why they stopped outgoing call. My problem is that why I don’t have outgoing call facilities while I am having balance in my account and when we ask the customers support they don’t have any correct answer keep you on hold make you frestated so we hang up the phone.
Than I have to visit the centre she I find out that I need to sumit the paper again. Why this massage is not been convade to to customers on the massage or by call from the centre. Want to no who will pay the price for the problem I am still faces cause of you .
