Why Can’t we Really Trust Yepme.Com for Replacement of Merchandise ?

My order no. 3729110 with yepme.com, online shopping portal in India consisted of 3 sandals and 1 pair of shoes. I had size issues with shoes and one of the sandals. Order was places on 13th oct 2013 and product was delivered on 18th oct.

From 19th oct 2013 i have been complaining to yepme through mails and customer care about this issue and everytime they say the products will be taken for reverse pickup from my address in 48 hrs. but till date nothing has been done despite repetitive complaints. Kindly look into this matter and resolve this matter asap. Order is in name of my father Anil Kumar Khurana.

I hope Yepme.com executives will come to the rescue with complaintbox and also this will serve as a review for other Shoe Shoppers on yepMe.com.
