I sold htc one M8 on ebay and buyer wasnt satisfied. I agreed for refund but buyer cheated me by sending a textbook instead of sold phone. I complained to ebay but they hardly responded to me. Finally buyer got the phone and money and ebay still did not respond to me. Please take a strict action against this bullshit ebay so they stop cheating with people around. First of all i want my money back from ebay as they promised me to refund me my money due to their misjudgement. Ebay claim id is 676871. secondly just take these type of cases to a higher level and force the government to shut down this holy crap ebay in india.
