I have xolo A800 mobile. my mobiles rear camera is not working I reached to rajkot authorised service center Syscon Services. I give my phone to them and after 1 day they told that I have to give my phone to company for repairing and i takes minimum of 2 month’s. Then after I call to xolo call center their employ told me that maximum 25 days gives by company i any condition and by 21st of june my warranty peroid is over. After one day i call one more time to company and their attendent not gives me proper answer and I told that i should talk to your head they dont transfer my call to them.i am really frusteted. i demanding for new pice but one can give me proper ans of that.
