I have booked a ticket under PNR no. 8504405890, the train got cancelled and it got intimated when I gone to railway station, I had to stay in a hotel that day and booked ticket for next day, now they are telling you have intimate them within 72 hrs for refund. As this is an e-ticket at the time of cancellation of train this had to be refunded automatically as I could not use there service.
I had to find alternative accommodation that day also not getting my refund.
I demand Full ticket amount i.e – Rs.802/- Hotel booking that day – 1300/- compensation for physical and mental stres 2000/- total 4102/-
