I jim varghese thaliath is using my airtel connection (99950860XX) for past 2.5 years. Two weeks before i had applied to change my airtel same connection from prepaid to postpaid. They had disconnected my prepaid connection and postpaid connection is not yet activated. Still the customer care informed that the process is going on. My connection is dead now for past 50 hrs. i’m a business man, i’m loosing my money. its a hard situation which is affecting my business deals.
