Hello Sir, This is to bring to your knowledge that i ordered a product of rs. 9764 from paytm about one month ago on 26th Sept. 2014 but was not satisfied, so i returned it . normally the refund reflects back in 10 days.. i have waited for about a month but it is not yet refunded. when i try to contact them they just say that amount has been refunded and cancel my request query. i want you to look in this matter because its a huge amount and being a student i am suffering a lot of pressure of lost money and being constantly asked from my parents. I am attaching the snapshot of the order page and the wallet amount to you . please act as soon as possible. As you can see that they say that money is refunded but its not being reflected in my “paytm wallet” . please look into it as its giving me a lot of pressure and mental stress. I want a full refund as soon as possible.

I want my money back As soon as possible. And also they need to compensate about the economic and mental stress which i am suffering all the time throughout this. I took some money from my friend to which i have to return. They constantly ask me for money. This is very embarrassing.
