I bought a moto maxx phone from ebay on 29th jan 2016 thru a seller named raj8930 thru paisapay id 41767885509 i received the item on 4th feb but it wasn’t as describe on website it had visible scratch marks and it didn’t worked with my reliance cdma network properly as well so i returned the same the very next day n raised an ebay guarantee claim for the same as i wanted refund the seller confirmed receipt of item thru whatsapp and phone call as well however my ebay claim was closed by ebay TPA against me on 18th february 2016 citing i didnt provided the POD copy i had uploaded the POD to ebay’s email inwebcshelp@ebay.com on 10th february and the tele executive assured me that i need not upload it again as he will send the email to you.

Secondly i had shipped my courier thru parceled in tracking no BN25794996 in which they pickup,pack and send the courier all by themselves i did received invoice thru email from them which was attached to ebay After they closed my claim i contacted ebay and was assured by a lady that my refund will b processd and my claim will be reopened ,she even provided me reference no SR-1-666-30366345 and asked me to wait for 48 hours for call back i didnt received any callback from their side till date now on 26th february when i called them again they told me i had uploaded POD in improper format on 10th feb email which they didnt tell me before and i need to uplaod the invoice thru seperate email to insellerverification@ebay.com i complied with the same and they said it ll take some 72 hours to arrange a callback which never came. Sir I dont know where am i wrong here i did everything i could do as ebay directed me to do yet my claim is rejected today when i called them they said your claim wont b reopened as claims once closed remains closed so talk to seller directly The seller however isnt responding at all Sir i am stuck here without the phone and my hard earrned money its not some small amount but 9326 rupess please help me out .

I want ebay to intervene and honor my claim under ebay guarantee i am attaching proof of shipments and email to ebay of 10th february before my claim is closed…i have phone recording and whatsapp messages that seller has recevied the products & can provide the same if desired
