on 28-12-2014 i ordered a product online on snapdeal.com. i paid via net-banking services as my location does not come under their COD area. the amount paid was rs.775.on 31-12-14 i got a sms informing that there will be delay in delivery (est time of delivery was 2-1-15),and they will get back to me within 48hrs. but no action was taken regarding this matter by the company. so in 3-1-15 i called to inquire about my product and i was told that my order has been cancelled on 1-1-15(i was not given any intimation regarding this also). then i asked for my refund and i was assured that i will get my refund of rs.775 withing 5-7 days from the date of cancellation.
I want my Refund of Rs.775 back immediately. A public apology on Facebook so that other customers like me can be saved from such frauds. i want the action to be taken against them immediately. it has already been over 15 days since i have been requesting them to return my refund. i have started to feel like i have been cheated and i want to be compensated.
