I had ordered an product SnapDeal Philips HR 1863 Juicer with order number 3215301810 on 2014-10-16 12:23:43. First the delivery date was given as 22nd Oct, then moved to 27, then 1st , then 3rd. After following up with them several times (20 calls) raised 5 tickets, no one has yet delivered the product and it is just in loop. On top of that they are also not ready to cancel the order. I have also paid all the amount for it. They just are fiddling with the sentiments of the customer.
I want my money back along with a compensation for trouble I am going through. – And this is not normal course of order and delivery
