Snapdeal cancelled my order just because i had managed to order a product for low cost and the price was very soon raised and now they are asking me to place a fresh order for same product when there is huge price difference now. I had ordered ‘Amway Nutrilite Protein Powder – Family Pack Of 1 Kg’ from SNAPDEAL on 15th Jan 2015 which was priced at rs.1090. But after 6 days they cancelled my order just because i had managed to order it for such a low price and are asking me to place afresh order for the same product which is priced between rs. 2700 to rs.3300. Its just very unfair. I had even called and also given in written that don’t cancel my product, they also called me back on the same day just an hour before the product was cancelled and assured me that the product will be delivered and will not be cancelled. But they cheated me, they just want to rip off more cash from my pocket. They cannot do this to me. Somebody please intervene. On my repeated complaints also they did not reinstate my order and they come up with same response that they are sorry for this and would not be repeated and asks me to place a fresh order. When i called & asked if i can talk to someone with higher authorities they said they cannot transfer the call but can can arrange a cal back which they din not do. * I’ve some screenshots in support of my complaint which i’m not able to upload because of slow internet speed, do let me know if you want them as well* Shopping Site. I want the product that i ordered to be delivered to me at the same price at which i had ordered. They cancelled my order because the price of the product was raised soon after i had ordered. I had ordered when the product was priced at rs.1090 and was increased to rs.2700 and hence my order was cancelled. I want the product that i had ordered.
