1. The Tikona broadband service often had problems in its speed and connection almost every month. 2.on filing complaints repeatedly no proper action was taken. 3.for almost 2 months i was not able to use the services at all and now they are asking for payment for this period. 4.as agreed during filing complaints that my payment will be waived off for the period when i have not used the services but now they are denying and harassing for payment. 5.at the time of installation it was said that security deposit made by me is refundable but now they are denying.
i have taken the connection only to serve my official and professional purpose.but due its severe connection problems from august 2014 onward till the date of disconnection i am not able to perform my job responsibilities properly.due to all this i am facing financial and mental problems leading to obstructions in career growth.moreover the tikona collection team is harassing me for payments.even sent me a ligal notice in spite of knowing the above problems.now i am going through severe mental stress
