Sir, I want to inform you that I am using a uninor number 9058088xxx of UP West circle and currently I am in Delhi Roam. For Delhi Circle uninor gives one day roaming pack of Rs 3 which activation code is *707*3# but for a few days when I dialled this USSD Code to activate, It shows that “The code dialed by you is not correct”. So Finally I called to uninor UP west care on September to ask why the code was not working, the executive said that the roaming pack of Rs 3 was removed by uninor and a new pack of Rs 1199 for 180 days roaming pack was started. Then I checked uninor official website for the new roaming pack of Rs 1199 and I was shocked to see the old plan of Rs 3 on uninor website with same activation code and there was no any Rs 1199 plan updated on the site. If the old plan is updated on the uninor website then why they are not activating roaming pack of Rs 3. Actually roaming pack of 1199 for 180 days is really so high cost as the other telecom companies like Airtel and Vodafone are providing roaming pack for 180 days under Rs 200.I also complained about this on uninor site which SR id is 1254086108018. They promised to resolve the case by Sep 20, 2014 but they didn’t.

Uninor should start to activate the roaming pack of Rs 3 and should refund all my deducted balance of Rs 24. And if uninor really want to change the roaming plan then that must be updated on its official website first. Thank You.
