I am a doctor to attend a conference at mumbai I booked a ticket for Mumbai from Bhubaneswar on 8th Feb 2015 through makemytrip.com portal. During booking ticket was not generated but amount of Rs9700/- was debited from my account. So, I contacted there customer care they generated a complain with Reference no:- NF220284 1655957 but this not been resolved till date with several follow up. When ever I am calling to them answer is system is slow so we are not able to retrieve the data. Here with I am attaching my online bank statement for your reference.

I suppose to attend the medical conference at TATA MEMORIAL CANCER Center, Mumbai for which we paid a participation charge of Rs 60,000/- for three days with a lunch, accommodation and food is separate.If I put together it is Rs 1,00,000/- loss to me and mental stigma not able to attending the conference. I want my Money back Immediately.
