Hi, I have booked a Wings Radio Cab on 14th Aug,2013 9:00 PM. I was going to Nanded (by Pune Nanded Exp, At 10PM We were three passengers travelling with a kid. We were ready at 9pm and I called Wings but the Line was busy. I have tried again and Customer care executive told me they will check and let us know.But no response, I again called at approx 9:18 and they told it will take 15 mins for Driver to reach at my residence. I got the Cab driver details at 9:25pm which I should recieve at 8:30pm (30 mins before cab time) I called the driver and he told it will take more 15-20 mins. Then i took the auto and reached station by 10:04pm and missed the train. I have booked the ticket through Ticket Agent in Tatkal. Then i need to take another train and done again the arrangements for my trip. By taking a train from pune to manmad and then from manmad to nanded. I faced a lot of problems during the journey and even my kid was not well. I have called Wings Cust care and told about the incident, They told that we are “Sorry” but we are not responsible for incident but you should have some buffer time in such cases. Last time also cab was delayed by 15 mins. I was travelling from Pune to Delhi via domestic flight But luckily same day that flight was postponed by 30 mins. Looking for your help to sort out this issue and take some strict action for such travel cabs, so that cabs services can be improved and other passenngers never face such worst issues.
I want Rs 4795 as financial relief and written confirmation from them that they will provide best services in future. Especially regarding punctuality.
