I bought a wipro laptop five years before, and the laptop is a complete waste continuously i have to give it for service, whenever the wipro people take my laptop for service it would get more worse amd they took my laptop bag while taking it for service and have not returned my bag, and now ther laptop is completely not working and when i asked for service, wipro people is telling that they cannot do it as the warranty period is over. my laptop is not working is only because of them and now they are asking for fees for laptop service.

I want my laptop to be properly repaired and want my laptop bag back or else let the provide me with the replacement
