i was given my complete document at the time of new connection of 9810622277, 9818233311 and my first bill also come on my postal address which i was given previously, but company said, they are not having my address proff , so many times i was contact with customer care 9810012345 mr. raj/rajbeer singh/ vikas. they given me no. of document reconcilation deptt. but that no.9910111656 was out of service, after that he given me address of airtel outlet where submit the documents, but that address 36, nishant kunj pitampura delhi-34 was also in correct. that office was closed from last 4 years. when customer care don’t know what is proper address/ phone no. then how customer knew the details ? at last i was go to airtel outlet kamlanagar bangalow road for submission fresh address proff but miss. payal inform me these numbers are permanently stopped, actually now i feel how these big companies are became billionair, they cheat to his/her customers . firstly they give one connection after that raising the bill and stopped services without any information to customer and geting minimum rent only & not provide any services , now i am giving a letter to consumer court also about my case.
