I was shocked to see that I have been charged an amount of Rs 580/- (Rupees five hundred and eighty only) for value added services (VAS) that I have not used on my mobile phone 98734579XX. The billing period is of July 15-14 August 2014 and the details of the VAS billed to me are as follows:

igmicromax_gm_99, javagame99_wap, javagame99_wap, igmicromax_gm_99, igmicromax_gm_50, javagame99_wap, games_club_w_35

If you look at the VAS as given above that was billed to me, it shows that igmicromax_gm_99 was downloaded twice and javagame99_wap was downloaded thrice. It is simply logically why would someone do this and get charged for the same thing multiple times. This clearly shows there is something wrong in the way Vodafone is charging its customers.

I have tried calling up Vodafone customer care reasoning why they have charged me for these VAS when I have not used them at all. They claim that since the website has been clicked hence charges have been made to me.
