Delivered my product at wrong place, i requested them so many times but whenever i put a complain, they just give me a ticket number, but no help till date i got from their part. Item was not received from my part tracking clearly shows that it was wrongly delivered to some other place but neigher the trading company nor the courier company is helping me.

I want my entire money back which was spent in this order and also apology from their part for harrasing me for last one month..
